In this Psalm, David shows us the striking differences in the way God views His elect and the wicked. God’s chosen ones have access by His abundant mercy to approach the throne of grace for help in time of need. Part 2 begins in verse 3 where we learn that we should begin each day with prayer and have a continual attitude of prayer throughout the day.
