The Peace of Sovereign Grace • Psalm 3 Part 2
Today’s edition of Triumphal Feast is the conclusion of the message from Psalm 3. In the previous episode, we traced the history of David’s life following the sin of the murder of Uriah. One of the consequences was a coop led by his own son, Absalom. David was forced to flee Jerusalem for his life. While in the wilderness, David gains hope that he will return to the throne. His hope is not based on anything he had done. It was based solely on the unfathomable grace and mercy of God.

The Psalm of the Messiah • Psalm 2 Just like the times of 1st Century, the enemies of God still conspire against God and against His church. God laughed at their feeble efforts then and He laughs at them now. The people of God can take great comfort that Christ loves His bride and will protect her with all His power. The nations of the world should take heed and “kiss the Son” by acknowledging his almighty power and dominion.

Paul’s Fellows • Colossians 4:7-18 Part 2- Today’s episode of Triumphal will conclude our series on Paul’s Epistle to the Church at Colossae. We have seen in this letter that Jesus Christ has the superiority and preeminence in all things and that His church is the most important thing we have in this world. Therefore, we should devote our lives to serving Him by serving others. One of the best aides to fulfill this calling is to have brothers and sisters in Christ who have the same mind and goals for their lives. Paul mentions several of his “fellows” to remind us to look around ourselves a recognize the blessing of Christian friends we have in our lives.
