The scriptures teach us that each one of God’s elect is called individually by the sovereign power of God in the grace of the new birth. However, the purpose for our calling is to be of benefit in God’s kingdom here on earth. Therefore, we are called to come out from the world and unite in a local assembly called a church. We are to consider ourselves part of a local Body of Christ where we can be comforted and learn how to not be tossed about by the troubles and teachings of this world.

Today’s message charges us to put ourselves to work for the Lord. Each one of God’s people is called individually by the Today’s edition of Triumphal Feast is the conclusion of the message “Unity of the Spirit” as found in Ephesians 4:1-6.
Part 1 of the message showed us that there should be a unity among the people of God in the church. There is one body of Christ. There is one Holy Spirit that calls each of God’s elect by irresistible grace. Jesus Christ is the one Lord and each born again child of God is given an intrinsic trust of the Heavenly Father, this is the seed of faith given in regeneration.
Today’s message will further explore the “one faith” of Ephesians 4:5 as well as the other unifying factors of the church of Jesus Christ.

Today’s message charges us to put ourselves to work for the Lord. Each one of God’s people is called individually by the irresistible grace of God in the new birth. However, even though we called as individuals, our job as born again children of God is to live and work together in harmony. This sometimes may be a struggle but it is those times of difficulty, when we show mercy to one another, that we are truly sharing the mercy and love of God that He has toward each of us.

In the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, political unrest brought tension and riot to the streets of America. Hatred, racism, and violence filled the streets and the media. In response to all the rhetoric, Elder Bryce turns to scripture to show that all the horrible things occurring in the world are nothing new. All the things we see are the symptoms of a much larger problem – sin. Jesus Christ broke down the wall between God and His children. At the same time, He broke down the walls between men. The answer to any tension we have is not found in politics. The answer is the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
