In this edition of Triumphal Feast we continue looking at the opening of Paul’s letter to the church at Ephesus. Part 1 of this message defines two titles that Paul uses for the members at this church.
Contrary to what many believe, a saint is not elected by a group of bishops based upon some miracle the person has performed. The term “saint” is a title given to all children of God because He sets them apart in sovereign election.
The other title Paul uses is “faithful.” The faithful at Ephesus are those who heard and understood what God had done for them in Jesus Christ and then put their beliefs into action.

This week’s edition of Triumphal Feast continues an expository look at Paul’s letter to the church at Ephesus. Last week we saw that this young church at Ephesus was able to overcome an usual start and heavy persecution by trusting in the will of God rather than their own. Today, we will conclude the message “God’s Will” as we find that true peace only comes when we acknowledge that God’s will is what is important and we should desire for it to be done on earth as it is in heaven.

This week’s edition of Triumphal Feast begins an expository look at Paul’s letter to the church at Ephesus. This church was founded under unusual circumstances and faced persecution immediately. However, the church banded together and their passion for Christ moved the church to a deeper to devotion to God and one another despite hard circumstances. Today’s message helps us to understand why these brethren were able to do this. The brethren at Ephesus were not concerned about their own will or comfort. They understood that God’s will was the key to salvation, and their understanding of that fact brought peace.

This episode of Triumphal Feast begins a journey through Paul’s Epistle to the Ephesians. This message is part 1 of the introduction to the series. Elder Lowrance begins in Revelation where Jesus tells this church that they have “left their first love.” The brethren there had apparently lost their deep devotion and passion for Christ and His church. Today’s message takes a look back at the founding of Ephesus Church, their passion for Christ, and love for one another in the church.
