Triumphal Feast – Lowrance Ministries

Because we are in Christ by the grace of God, all of our blessings are “in Christ.” Since God loved us long before we ever existed, we are able to love Him. We owe our very lives to Christ. God has commanded that we worship Him. Therefore, we ought to be in church actively thanking Him for His amazing grace!

The church  is the most precious thing to Jesus. It is His bride. Therefore, we should view it the same way. When we do, we find assurance, comfort, and peace even as the world rages around us.
This is amazing. Who are we that God would do this for us?  What amazing love! What amazing grace.

This week on Triumphal Feast, Elder Bryce continues in his series on Paul’s letter to the Church at Ephesus. Today’s message will show us that the same amazing power that rose Jesus from the dead is what gives us the ability to believe the gospel and trust in Jesus Christ. When we trust Christ and abide in His church, we find that we can have peace even if the governments of the world were to be dissolved and a pandemic threatens lives. We can do this because, the church is everything to God. Therefore, it should be everything to us.

This edition of Triumphal Feast concludes the message “Paul’s Prayer.” In this sermon, we see the beautiful design that God has for His church. He gives each pastor a heart to care for and feed the flock over which he is called to shepherd. In church, the Bridegroom gives His Bride the words of comfort and hope to face the present evil world.

In this message from the expository series on the Letter to the Ephesians, Elder Bryce describes God’s design for the pastor of a local church. It is through the local church, with God guiding an undershepherd, that He feeds His children. God gives the man a heart for the people he pastors so that he will be willing and able to teach the things they need the most in their lives.

Today’s edition of Triumphal Feast includes a small portion of our previous episode concerning the message of Martin Luther King. This inclusion gives context to the next major point Elder Bryce makes concerning the value of human life. The gospel describes our value to God. Our belief in the gospel seals our minds and hearts with the knowledge that God loves us. With this belief as our foundation, we can face the hatred and wickedness around us with a different perspective. Rather than facing hate with hate, we can face all that we see with the love of Christ pouring out of us.

Today’s edition of Triumphal Feast continues an expository look at the Apostle Paul’s letter to the Church at Ephesus. Having seen that we are saved by grace plus nothing in the first seven verses of the letter, Elder Bryce shows that our belief of the gospel is the key to our joy and peace. Being sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise only comes when we trust Jesus. This resolved mind will allow us to face the turmoil and wickedness that vexes the world today.

In the previous episode we learned that nothing short of the gracious and awesome power of God was necessary to redeem us from our sins. Part 2 of the message “In Whom We Have Redemption” describes to us how we can face all the trials and troubles of our lives because of what Jesus has already done.
